Fischer’s Rolling Green farm is owned by James and Christine Fischer.

We are empty nesters, having raised 4 children and recently exchanged the house in the suburbs for a farmhouse on 43 acres. We have three donkeys, Miss Fanny, Pixie and her baby Timber, born May 2024. We keep three flocks of laying hens ,who provide dozens of eggs per day, plus their guard rooster, Mr Big.

We pasture raise chicken, beef, pork and lamb, practicing rotational grazing techniques to be the best stewards of our land. Our animals are treated humanely and are honored for the food they provide to our family and our customers.
